We've come to love all of our Characters from this new entry into the Star Wars Canon. Seeing them grow over the course of 19 episodes leading up to this 2 Part Finale has been a rough ride to say the least. Some characters have been great additions to the series from the get go, while others took their precious time to warm up to. The latest episode proves that all will definitely pay off in the end. While I would love to go over all of the scenes, I'm only going to cover the ones more integral to the story. Needless to say, SPOILERS galore in this article so back away now if you haven't seen it.

Let's jump into it.....
The episode begins right where we left off from the previous one, the Colossus is under siege by the First Order and Stormtroopers are everywhere causing mass chaos and destruction wherever they go. Kazuto Ziono is struggling to keep his composure after Jarek Yeager was captured instead of him when they went to get a message out to the Resistance. He purposefully shoved Kaz back into the water so only he would be out of commission and the plan to warn the Resistance could continue. Kaz, being the stubborn protagonist he is, decides to go after them and rescue all of his friends because you know, that slightly annoying but has to be there as its tailored for a kid audience, "The Power of Friendship" Trope.

Little does he know, Tam has been speaking with Agent Tierny after being taken by the Storm Troopers, and she's falling for the lies that Tierny has been spoon-feeding her these past couple episodes. One way or another, her next confrontation with Kaz and the gang will be a turning point in their friendships with each other. Tam was given a choice to join the First Order and be the pilot she has always dreamed of being, something that she could never do if she stayed on the Colossus with Yaeger, or so she thinks. Let's face it, something bad is bound to happen between Kaz and Tam and it won't be pretty.

Meanwhile, Kaz is outrunning troopers after being discovered in the water by Flipper Troopers (that's what I'm calling them.) and hilarity ensues when they go on a game of Cat and Mouse while Neeku attempts to open the correct floor hatches ( all the while causing the power to fluctuate and all doors in the station to open and shut by themselves causing mass confusion among'st troopers out and about) and pressurize the corridor to send them flying back out. Kaz eventually gets back on track and runs into Torra Doza and her "space dog"? Her father was also being held by the First Order so of course she joins the fight too. This may lead to an all out brawl involving the remaining Aces who weren't forced off the station in the previous episode. Plus, Kaz and Torra are cute together! By this time, Neeku has figured out that the Colossus is more than just a Station in the water. It has a Hyper Drive and can be flown!

It's not too long after that they run into some troopers watching a very familiar looking hologram broadcast by none other than General Hux. In a ripped from the movies but animated for the series scene, we watch as the Star Killer base is revealed and the test of power is enacted onto the five systems that were destroyed in The Force Awakens as a show of strength to all who oppose, and a way to dispose of the New Republic. Of course, of those destroyed, one of those ended up being Kaz's home. He can only stand in silence and watch as his home is completely wiped from Existence, all the while his sudden realization of what that truly means. At a loss for words at losing his parents, and everyone he loved back home, you really can't help but feel the devastation he must feel knowing he'll never see them again, and he can never go back.

Overall, I believe this to be one of the best episodes of the season! Still some work to be done but I like where this is going!
Verdict: 8.5/10
The intensity is getting so thick you can practically take a chainsaw to it and you still wont get through. How will Kaz deal with the loss of his parents so suddenly? Will Commander Pyre be featured more in the next episode? Will the Resistance be able to save the Colossus after the Star Killer base just took out the Republic? Only one more episode left of the season and you know it'll be a big one. Catch it when it airs this coming Sunday at 10:00pm ET/ 9:00pm CT only on The Disney Channel.
